These beans, often scoring above 80 points on the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) scale, boast complex and vibrant flavor profiles that tell the story of their origin, terroir, and meticulous processing.

  • Transparency and Traceability: We strive for transparency in our sourcing, often knowing the specific farm or even the lot where our beans were grown. This allows us to share the unique story behind your cup and ensures fair practices throughout the supply chain.

  • Roasted to Perfection: Our beans are roasted in small batches by skilled roasters who understand the delicate art of unlocking their full potential. We carefully profile each bean to highlight its inherent sweetness, acidity, and aroma, ensuring a balanced and flavorful brew.

Our trained baristas are passionate about their craft and employ precise brewing methods – from pour-over and Aeropress to espresso and beyond.
